I'm Toni Escalante, a software engineer based in Málaga, Spain. I've spent over 20 years designing and building systems end to end.

I've led technology as a CTO and as head of IT, rolled out and developed ERP systems on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central and Odoo, and integrated them with data, APIs and document management.

Today my work centres on applied artificial intelligence: agents, RAG and integrating language models with company systems, mostly across the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem, with Python as my main language.

Outside engineering I've been a guitarist and songwriter since I was 16. I've played in rock bands and tribute shows, and I record and mix my own songs.
